Terms of Service - BeatBoost

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BeatBoost. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

BeatBoost reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To use BeatBoost, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
You are not located in a country that is subject to trade sanctions
You will provide accurate and complete information
You will maintain the security of your account

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must:

Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
Not share your account with others
Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

4. For Earners

4.1 Task Completion

Earners agree to complete tasks honestly and accurately. Fraudulent activities, including but not limited to bot usage, fake accounts, or false engagement, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

4.2 Payments

Earnings are credited upon task verification. BeatBoost reserves the right to reverse payments if fraud is detected. Minimum withdrawal is $5 (or equivalent). Withdrawals are processed instantly but may be delayed by payment providers.

4.3 Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings.

5. For Artists

5.1 Campaigns

Artists agree to provide accurate campaign details. BeatBoost does not guarantee specific results but will deliver the agreed number of engagements. Refunds are available within 7 days if campaign specifications are not met.

5.2 Content Ownership

Artists retain all rights to their music. By promoting through BeatBoost, you grant us permission to share your content with promoters for campaign purposes only.

5.3 Prohibited Content

We do not allow promotion of illegal content, hate speech, explicit material without proper labeling, or copyrighted material you don't own.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use BeatBoost for:

Any illegal purpose or activity
Harassing, abusing, or harming others
Impersonating any person or entity
Interfering with platform security
Using bots, scripts, or automated methods
Money laundering or fraud
Spamming or deceptive practices

7. Payment Terms

BeatBoost uses third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or mobile money providers. All payments are final except where required by law. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account suspension.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, any pending earnings will be paid if legitimate. Fraudulent accounts forfeit all earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeatBoost is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Users waive the right to class action lawsuits. All disputes must be filed within one year of arising.
